Kunik was born from founder Francesca's strong passion and love for animals, which took shape and meaning when Apple and Betty entered her life.

Apple is a safe haven and a certainty without which he couldn't live, born and raised with her, she is his shadow and the mirror of his soul.

Betty is madness, tenacity, and infinite sweetness. A companion (along with Apple) on countless adventures and walks, she grew up in a shelter for her first year. She called Francesca with her paw from her cage, and they've been inseparable ever since.

A&B are her constant inspiration, and her love for them has driven her to design and create a line of natural, safe cleansing and skincare products that can be used daily.

It all starts with a sensation… a scent in the shower, a memory “your forest scent…” written in an old diary to describe Betty.
